Job Description
Hope Missionary Church is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in
the role of Pastor Engagement and Young Adults. This staff member will serve as a spiritual
leader, guiding the church’s missions ministry and its young adult community. This individual
will foster the spiritual growth of young adults through relational discipleship, teaching, and
leadership development, while also developing and executing local and global mission
initiatives. It’s a big job- to be sure- but we believe He’s got the right person in mind... and
we’re looking forward to welcoming that person to our tight-knit team! This is a full-time
